Fall Little Stories Traveler Notebook | NenaScrap

Hi Studio Forty friends,

It's NenaScrap with you today.

With this new fall season, it's time for me to start a new Traveler Notebook. I want to create one for each season and record the memories of the past year.

I chose the Notebook from the Herbarium collection and decorated the cover with this pretty bouquet of flowers which is a die-cut from the same collection.

I added stamps from the So Inspired set.

I embossed one with pink powder to accentuate the "wax seal" look and stamped the text on white cardstock then mounted it on 3D foam to give it volume.

I used the papers from the Notebook Herbarium set. This collection is a true wonder and offers so many possibilities.

I stamped the glass bell from the So Inspired stamp set on a piece of vellum from Herbarium collection.

I fussy cut flowers and add a little label.

To finish, I sewed the vellum on my photo to create a flap to lift.

For the next double-page spread, I used the Herbarium paper 6 to create a pocket with the We R Memory Keepers Pocket Punch Board. I fussy cut a tag from the notebook paper set and added it on my pocket with baker twine.

At the top of my photo, I added some Herbarium die-cuts and a stamp from the So Inspired set.

On my third double page, I chose a large photo that I cut in 2. Under my photo, I added 3 designs with the Note To Self stamp set. I hand wrote my journaling and added a stamp from the So Inspired set.
