Hello there,
today I have my last Traveler’s Notebook for you. It documents the month June (obviously…;-).







I make my notebooks by myself and this time I tried something new:
I chose not only blank pages, but also patterned paper for making it.




It’s very interesting to start with a half patterned page. This is, how it came out:









I love the hexagon stamps from the stamp set Just Perfect - stamp set#91...


...and how you can fill them with any other stamp (the “magic” belongs to the stamp set 

Winter Wishes - stamp set #81)



  
Otherwise you can use the little stamps from this set also perfectly without the hexagons:

Cześć!

Dzisiejszy dzień był jednym z tych najgorętszych w ostatnim czasie. Oj powiem Wam, że to nie jest to co lubię najbardziej :) Jakoś zawsze mi bliżej do deszczu i śniegu niż upałów :)

Ale oczywiście lato i wakacje rządzą się swoimi prawami - sie wie!
Kiedy nie ma możliwości wyjazdu na dłuższe wakacje to i mieście można znaleźć naprawdę wiele ciekawych rozrywek. No i oczywiście zawsze można pójść na lody :)

W dzisiejszym wpisie w moim travelersie znajdziecie właśnie takie miejskie rozrywki - wypad z koleżankami na lody oraz Łódź szlakiem legend - wycieczka dla dzieci.


Takie chwile złapane w kadrze idealnie oddają nastrój chwili. Wystarczyło kilka stempli, naklejki i papier i mam fajne wspomnienia zachowane na dłużej.



Bardzo lubię kolorowe tusze - świetnie komponują się z papierami bądź naklejkami i rozweselają kompozycję. 



Zwiedzanie Łodzi szlakiem legend to świetna inicjatywa! Dzieci dowiadują się skąd się wzięła nazwa miasta, jakie osoby i czym zasłynęły w mieście, gdzie może być ukryty skarb! :)
Może w innych miastach tez są takie atrakcje - jeśli tak to polecam z całego serca.


Z ogonka od latawca zrobiłam imitację ścieżek po jakich dzieci chodziły w poszukiwaniu skarbów :) Naprawdę wystarczy niewiele by wyszło nam fajne tło do opowiedzenia historii.







A jak Wasze przygody wakacyjne? Macie co wspominać?
Podzielcie się fajnymi patentami na spędzanie czasu w mieście - może macie jakieś atrakcje po które warto pojechać z innego miasta.
I koniecznie organizujcie swoje wspomnienia w najbardziej ulubionej przez Was formie - czy to wpisów w travelersie, albumów czy layoutów.
Życzę Wam udanych wakacji, odpoczynku i mnóstwa przygód!

TN inspiration | Vânia Fonseca

Hello crafters! Vãnia here with some TN inspiration.
As you know I'm using my journey notebook from Studio Forty to document my Summer adventures, i already shared how i made the TN cover to protect the insert here.
Let's take a look at the pages that i made using the Beautiful Life collection.


In this first one i create this fun background with the tag stamp set, stamping multiple times in different positions but always in a vertical line.


Also stamped some words inside the tags and stamped on pattern paper to add a second layer of tags.


Fussy cut several images to finish my page.


In the second spread i use some scraps to create a little layered curtain in on side of my page and a grid layout in the other side. It's a good idea to use all those small pieces of paper.



Again, mixing stamps, stickers and fussy cut images to decorate the page.

Mini album suitcase tutorial | Isa

Hello!!

I am so glad to be back in the Studio Forty blog! In today's post you will learn how to make a mini album with the shape of a suitcase to store tons of pictures from your holidays!


For this new project I have used the collection Hello World and some wood decorations and stickers from the same collection. I thought about the suitcase because this collection has a lot of drawings about travelling and discovering the world and a suitcase fits perfectly with it.



Besides the Studio Forty material I have added a white cardstock as the base of the suitcase and then I decorated it with the papers from the collection. It was quite funny to create this project as I am not very used to creating mini albums.


Inside the suitcase what we can find is an accordion mini album and a big pocket to store even more pictures. I have decorated some pages with drawings from one of the patterned papers.

Hello summer | Bligu

Hej! Za nami już pierwszy wakacyjny wypad nad morze! 
Wprawdzie tylko weekendowy, ale wspaniała pogoda i nadmorski luz
 idealnie pozwoliły naładować bateryjki ;)

Z tego wyjazdu powstał dzisiejszy album.
Zrobiłam go od podstaw z papierów z ostatnich kolekcji Studio Forty.



Stemplowane motywy idealnie sprawdzają się w roli die-cutów. 
Napis SUMMER pochodzi z wcześniejszej kolekcji, ale idealnie pasował mi do tematu albumu.
Ciekawym dodatkiem jest też napis "Summer memories", 
ponieważ jest to odcięta nazwa arkusza papieru z kolekcji Beautiful life :)


 Zestawy stempli w formie luźnych słów 
dają niemalże nieograniczone ilości kombinacji własnych napisów. Dzięki temu możemy tworzyć własne, indywidualne i niepowtarzalne dodatki, tak jak w przypadku powyższej karty do PL 
lub poniższego komentarza do zdjęcia.










Pozdrawiam serdecznie i zachęcam do dokumentowania nawet najkrótszych wyjazdów. 
W jesienne i zimowe wieczory będą nas ogrzewać wspomnieniami :)
