Using Your Stamps In A Layout | NenaScrap

Hi Studio Forty friends,

It's NenaScrap with you today and I wanted to talk to you about stamps 😊. I made this layout featuring stamps with the Everyday Story collection and the Celebrate stamp set.

On a white cardstock, I marked the place where I wanted to put my picture. Then I chose the stamps from the Celebrate set that I wanted to use and stamped alterning ink colors, sizes and stamp shapes.

One of my little tips in this way of stamping : I do some tests on a draft paper to try the harmony of the whole.

I added pieces of printed paper and tissue paper under my photo and placed it next my stamped elements. I then placed some die-cuts from the Everyday Story collection, they are so versatil to any theme.

I finished my layout with ink splatters and a frame cut from printed paper under my white carstock.

I used the same stamping technique on this card and I even recommend you that you save your tests because they can often be reused to make cards.

Here, I mixed the Hello Beautiful and Celebrate stamp sets, alterning words and illustrations to create a dynamic combination that reveals the card message.

I added die-cut and fussy cut elements from Everyday Story collection and glued my white cardstock on printed papers.
