Lazy Days Mini Album | Isa

 Hello everyone!

It's Isa today on the blog and I am happy to present you my first project using the Lazy Days collection, the last one that we have here at Studio Forty. I have to confess that I really love it! And I am completely in love with all the complements, especially with the stamps. They are great!

I have used all the papers from the collection to make the pages of the inside of the album. I have used a spine that it is like a waterfall. You create pages and reduce the spine so all the pages can fit just in one space. In that way, if you have trouble binding, this technique is the best for making quick and easy mini albums; plus, the result is so so cute!

I have used the badges, some flowers and chipboards for the covers. You know, I am a flower addict so whenever I have the opportunity I always use flowers in my projects! For the inside pages I have made some pockets in the inside covers and then I have decorated the pages with chipboards, some details that I have cut from the papers and transparent stickers. And obviously, I have used the amazing stamps that this collection has!!

I used all kind of stickers and also some details that appeared in the project life cards that can work perfectly well as decorative die cuts for your projects.

And with a project life card you can make a flip so you can add a hidden picture! and then in the inside covers you can add pockets to add journaling cards or even more pictures that you wanted to keep in this project!

I also used some drawings that were included in the inserts for travelers notebook because they are amazing! I love all the details related to the summer and the beach that are included here, and, of course, I love the beach! And when I saw turtles in the papers I could not believe it! That is why in the turtles that appear in the album I have placed a heart in them, because they are my favourite animal!

I have played also with the chipboard frames to make a different composition in one of the pages.

And I also played with the flowers to give more volume to these central pages.

I like combining the different stickers that are included in the collection because it gives you the option to use tons of new materials in the album.

I hope you liked my new project using Lazy Days! I will prepare a new one for next month and I hope you like it too!!

Take care and stay healthy!! See you soon! Lots of love,

Isa
