Hello Studio Forty friends!
I am very happy to share my two first layouts with Together collection. This collection is great to capture every day memories! To me, September means the end of summer holidays and going back to school. And my layouts are about that:
I am very happy to share my two first layouts with Together collection. This collection is great to capture every day memories! To me, September means the end of summer holidays and going back to school. And my layouts are about that:
The first project is a 12x12 layout. When I saw the beautiful Boho fall paper, I thought of cutting its beautiful big flowers and using them around the photo. A photo frame with Gather and Warm and Cozy papers was also made to smooth the B/W picture.
Then, I chose a funny journaling card with several drawn tags, cut the tags and put them between the flowers. As the tags were blanck, I stick one sticker on each tag. "Friends", "yay!" and "funny" looked appropriate to me.
Finally, I added a few chipboard stickers and a transparent sticker. Even the first day of school you claim for Friday please! Some 3D dots here and there and black watercolor spreads made the final touch.
The second project is a DINA4 layout. In this case I used the 10x21cm size papers to get de horizontal strips. I used the Snowy day paper 12x12 inches to create an overall frame. I love the effect gotten when combined the bigger papers with the smaller ones: same pattern but slighly different size.
The photo is framed with 2 journaling cards and th lovely pattern of the Gather paper. Autumn ephemera, few chipboard stickers, transparent stickers and 3D dots are also used to decorate.
Finally I cut a journaling card with circles to show slightly between the strips of paper.
