Tuesday with stickers - Seed box as a gift | Mirka
Hello everyone!
I hope you are well and enjoying the first days of spring. Today I would like to show you how to make a seed box. It is decorated with lots of garden-themed stickers, which you can find in the latest Magic Garden collection. I think this is a very beautiful gift for someone who likes to garden and grow flowers and vegetables. The box is full of small seed envelopes. All you have to do is sow and then wait for something beautiful to grow out of them.
I prepared a
paper base for the box (according to the drawing). And the same for the other half of the acetate foil box. On the acetate sheet part, I just left out the hatched parts.
If you wanted to make the same box entirely out of paper, cut out the same base twice. The finished box has dimensions of 7*7*7 cm
I used a paper disc with eyelet and string to close the box. This closure is very simple but very nice. At least for me.
I also put a simple insert from a piece of paper in the box to hold the envelopes.
I used pieces of paper measuring 11*11 cm for the envelopes. I decorated each envelope with
stickers and a
stamp. The box contained 9 envelopes.
Finally, I prepared simple envelopes made of vellum paper, into which I poured seeds and wrote on a piece of paper what kind of plant would grow from them.
