Fall mini album | Mirka
Hello dear S40 fans! I hope you are having great week. I am here today with small autumn inspiration from the beautiful kit Vintage Glow.
On one beautiful autumn day, I managed to take some autumn photos, which I would like to keep in a small minialbum. The minialbum is made of a strip of these paper, scored into 3 parts. It is 12 cm high and 30 cm wide. I made the top part like a shaker card. I cut branches into the package, glued them with acetate foil. Then, from the other side, I glued foam tape all around, sprinkled sequins and again glued acetate foil and a piece of patterned quarter from this paper. That's how I created a shaker pocket full of sequins.
In the middle part of the album I pasted an accordion strip made of this paper. I have 3 photos inside. Two smaller ones and an extra wide one, which I previously printed all the width of the A4 and cut it into 3 parts.
After unwrapping the accordion belt, the whole can be seen beautifully. I decorated the edges of the photo with stickers and slice of wooden wheels.
Throughout the album, I often used transparent definitions stickers as well. I love them :)
I like to write a few words for the pictures, too. I like to write about how I feel, what we've been through and where we've been. Then, as I read these words over the years, I'm moved by it. I wrote something down here, too, and I used journaling cards to do it
I also used one as a base for a photo, where it forms a frame around the photo.
