HENRY

Good morning! I'm back with another delightful layout I created using the Never Grow Up Collection. Surprisingly, this is my favorite collection!! I just realized that I used this for quite a bit of my projects for the past few months. The colors and patterns are so lovely. It's hard not to reach for them when I'm crafting.

To begin, I stamped the "Happy Day" sentiment from the Never Grow Old stamp set all over white cardstock. Then I splashed some pink spray ink over the stamped images.

Next, I gathered a few journaling cards to frame the photo. The brown patterned paper is a piece of paper from my stash.

I matted the photo with a scrap piece of patterned paper. Isn't Henry the cutest?!

I used scissors to cut the "I love you" sentiment from the journaling card and the kitty face to use as die cuts for my layout. I mounted them on the layout using Foam Squares to add dimension.

I was worried that the title would be too long for the top of the layout...so I added my stickers to a piece of patterned paper and then cut it out before mounting it to the layout. This worked out perfectly!

I cut the stars from patterned paper and then added them to the layout.

To complete the layout, I added a few sticker dots here and there and some journaling. :)

I'm not sure about you, but whenever I need a birthday card, I need one and I'm making one at the last minute because I refuse to buy birthday cards when I can make my own and save my money for more scrapbook products. :) I made a few birthday cards to prepare myself for my son's birthday and my sister's birthday is in March! I'm ahead of the game! Yay, me!

For these cards I used a few Let's Party stamps, markers and some clear stickers! Oh, and let's not forget Foam Squares. They are your best friend for adding dimension to any project!

These cards were super simple to make and I'm going to share with you how to make them in under 10 minutes! Let's go...

To begin, I cut two strips of white cardstock to measure 6x3. Then I scored the papers in half using a scoring tool.

Next I stamped a few firework images using black ink. Tip: If you accidently smear the ink, take a black Sharpie and fill in the smears...

Next, I placed the clear cake sticker onto a scrap piece of white cardstock and then I colored in the image using markers. Then I cut around the image using scissors and mounted it to the card using a foam square.

I really love this cake sticker! I wish it came in the stamp set!! I had planned on using a few pink gems, but I didn't like how they looked...so I passed.

I stamped the "Celebrate" sentiment at the top of the card and colored them in using markers.

And here they are. Aren't they so pretty? Simple with the right amount of stamping and coloring!

Thank you so much for visiting today!
