Hello Friends, another blog post is here. Today, I present a layout featuring the summer collection.For the base, I used white paper, along with torn yellow and green papers to add some texture and dimension to the project's foundation.

In conclusion, this layout not only provides a vibrant and refreshing feeling but also incorporates elements like torn papers, elevated flowers with foam tape, and textured dots to give it depth and dimension. I used a collage of photos for the cover of the album and added the summer "travel" sticker to the center. The "sightseeing" label was cut from a patterned paper.

Before I started putting together this mini, I fussy cut a variety of elements from the Essentials Summer paper to save myself some time. I used the "Road Trip" transparent Sticker from the Be Ready Stickers to fill in the white space.

I printed a collage of photos to mount on the journaling card and added a few stickers from the Summer Sweet Essentials Summer stickers.

I love the transparent stickers because it looks like the sentiment was stamped on the photo...and it's not. I'm always afraid to stamp directly over my photos because if I make a mistake, the photo is ruined soooo, transparent stickers are a must for me!

I really love the print on this journaling card. It looks so pretty with the red rock from the picture. It just pops!

I kept this page simple... I used the mountain transparent sticker from the Summer Stories stickers and added the color sticker. 

I had fun with this journaling card. I added a variety of die cuts and stickers to help tell my story.

 Hello once again, dear blog readers! Today, I'm excited to share with you a charming mini album, measuring 10x10 cm, that exudes delicacy and charm. 

For this project, I chose the stunning Essentials Summer paper collection. On the cover, I created layers of flowers using carefully applied adhesive tape and decorative dots, adding a unique touch of elegance to the piece.

In the middle of this mini album, I cleverly used the cardstock sheets to create an accordion-style booklet, an approach that allows for efficient use of each sheet. Furthermore, I incorporated photos into the cards, opting for black and white images to perfectly harmonize with the collection, creating a charming visual balance.

Happy Monday friends! Hope you had a fantastic weekend...I know...they always go by so fast. I'm excited to share this simple layout with you today. I fussy cut all of the elements from the patterned paper and I just love the simplicity of this layout. The photo really pops off the page, too.

Hello Studio Forty friends! How are you? It's Nuria here today sharing with you a new inspiration using the amazing Essentials Summer collection. I can't get enough of using this collection! Today we are going to create a layout using squares of paper. Let's get started!

How funny a photocall can be in a party! Few years ago my kids decided themselves to organise a photocall for my B-day party. Since then, the photocall has become the golden star of the day. I love their creative initiative!    

The LO is 12'x12', it is inspired by a street advertising poster in Barcelona. Inspiration is everywhere! ;)

It contains 11 squares of patterned paper (2'x2') with the singular effect that a tip folded creates. The facing of folded squares makes singular forms and spaces. The space formed in the middle is a square in which the cropped photo pops up. 

It's time to embellish the paper squares with different elements: a tiny vellum star with a white heart stamped, and a stamped wooden charm are the perfect combination to hang from white thread wrapped arround the paper square. 

You can also use die cuts, enamels and transparent stickers from the collection. This time I adhere the stickers directly on patterned paper (and not on a white cardstock). You can also use little sequins to give some movement to the composition. I love interactive elements! 

As to let the layout breath, it is important to leave some spaces with no squares of paper. These spaces were embellished in different ways: a pastel wax seal and some white thread underneath,

or you can cut out geometric forms from the PL cards, add a 'good times' transparent sticker and finalise it with some enamel dots. Take a look at spaces on the margin of the layout: I used a couple of flowers white stamped on vellum and hand cut.  

But probably my fav part of this layout is the hidden envelope, containing the journaling of this memory. I keep it closed with a puffy sticker. The fake envelope is handmade (no tools used) and adapted with a piecce of white cardstock for the text.

One final pic in which you can see that all elements are placed on a "sandwich": white cardstock first, a beautiful patterned paper underneath to create a frame and a 12'x12' white cardstock as final layer.

Hej hej! Jak się macie w te niemożebne upały? Odechciewa się wszystkiego, prawda? Mi nawet tworzenie (czyli coś, co kocham) sprawia pewną trudność... I z tego powodu pokażę Wam kolejny raz małą formę scrapbookingową, czyli ATC.

Dzisiejsze karty powstały tylko i wyłącznie dzięki stemplom, papierowi, enamel dotsom i wykrojnikom.

Wszystkie napisy i die-cutsy zrobiłam sama w bardzo prosty sposób: stempel + czarny tusz + nożyczki + dużo kosteczek dystansujących. Żeby dodać tym czterem kartom trochę koloru, jako bazę wybrałam mocno kolorowe piękne papiery z kolekcji Essentials Summer, a okrągłą ramkę jako jedyną nastemplowałam na kolorowym papierze. Pozostałe stemple, czyli napisy (hello, enjoy, today, best day ever), aparat, spinacz, kwiat, listki, prostokątne ramki i piękne trójkąciki, powstały na białym papierze, dzięki temu pasują do wszystkiego.
