Asymetrical pocket I Opsite
Hello everybody,
I just recieved the Studio Forty new collection named Bom Dia.
In this collection you will find patterned papers, clear stamps, colored and clear stickers, project life cards, Traveller’s notebooks, sheets of papers for traveller’s notebook, masking tape and others elements.
It’ s fairly complete and you will be able to find it there---> here.
This collection is perfect for vacations pictures but also anyother pictures.
For my first project, I wanted to do a destructured mini album but no type of binding would do, so I went and did asymetrical pockets instead.
At first glance, you can clearly see the wild variety of colors and patterns with differents size pockets. The pockets are organised from the smallest to the biggest and fit perfectly in their wrappers due to their widths.
I decorated them with project life cards patterns that I cut of , clear stickers, words stickers and stamps cut offs.
To decorate the cover, I used strip of masking tape and chipboards.
Each pocket opens in a different kind of way.
- The first one has a hidden card that you pull from the top. This is your secret diary.
- The second one opens like a book and each page unfolds again. This way you can glue multiple pictures.
- The third one opens like an envelope. It was thought as a container for your vacation memorabilies such a museum ticket, amusement park ticket or any other kind of activities one does on vacation.
- The forth one opens like a notepad to have big pictures.
- At last one has an original opening: an accordion of photos can be slipped in.
All those pockets will be to custom depending on the theme of your choosing.
I hope you liked it and that this will inspire you for your own project.
