TN with Nordica / Marivi

chipboard stickers

Hi everyone!
I'm here again with the "Nordica" collection.

On one of the papers, I have pasted a tag with some phrases and I have stamped in silver and black, with the precious set of stamps "Nordica".I have also pasted some enamel dots and a sticker with a cup.

Between the photo and the other page I have pasted a vellum paper where I have continued stamping in silver as in the tag.

With several chipboards I have created some markers to be able to turn the page and decorate it.
I have glued the same size and shape one on one side and on the other.

In these photos you can see more details. In the tag I have put a pink ribbon with glitter.

The "oh what fun" stamp is stamped in black and silver for relief.

On this side the chipboards in blue tones.

On this side pink tones and words.

I love how this stamp looks on vellum paper.

Thank you very much for stopping by, I hope you like it.
see you soon!

WINTER mini-album by NenaScrap

chipboard stickers
 Hi everyone,

It's Nenascrap with you today for a winter inspiration with the lovely Nordica !

I really wanted to use Nordica's winter spirit in this mini-album project. So I cut out a fur cushion cover to make the cover of my mini-album.
To embellish it, I made a craft paper tag that I stamped with the Woodland set and embossed with white powder. I cut out the ABC paper's letters to create my title "WINTER".

I created pages with photo pocket pages, TN set papers, 30x30 papers, vellum and kraft papers. Some pocket pages are closed with the We'R Memory Keepers Fuse Tool.

I also used Nordica PL cards and chipboard stickers set and again Woodland stamps set and embossing powder.

To add dynamism to the album, I played with the different page formats.

I made pockets with kraft paper and I embossed one with the triangles stamp and another only with white powder on the borders.

On the back of one pocket, I used Woodland stamp set to create a labyrinth like the ones in the children's game.
I hope you like it and you'll be inspired by this winter theme.
See you soon and please take care of you.

Coptic Book with Nordica and Cozy Time | Isa

chipboard

Hello everyone!

It's Isa today on the blog and I come with a new project made with Nordica and Cozy Time. Both collections are amazing. I know I always say the same but every time we have a new Studio Forty collection I fell in love even more with all the new things that I get at home! They are all so beautiful!

For today's post I come with a new coptic book. I love making at least one of them with every collection that I have at home. And this time the occasion was very special because I got to use the two collections together.

They combine perfectly well so there was no problem in working with them at the same time. I have combined elements from both collections for the cover of the coptic book and the decorations I have added on the spine of the book. I have used for the covers two pieces of wood that I cut myself. I like making them like these, I find them more original. This time I wanted to play with the holes for the binding, and trying different combinations with them.

I have painted the cover with a color that combined some of the elements of the Cozy Time collection. I have also used the chipboards and the enamels from the collection which are amazing.

On the inside of the book I have used all the papers that belong to both collections and the result is great. The cold and warm colors combined together are perfect harmony.

In the cover I decided to cut some elements from the PL cards and the TN inserts to create my own die cuts and combine them for the cover.

I did the same in the spine, combining beads, chipboards and elements that I cut myself to create new die cuts to add on the spine.

I hope you liked it and I will be back very soon with new projects to show! Take care! Lots of love,

Isa

Note pages and mini year book in a hanging circle box / Yukie Bessho

camera

Hello there!  It's Yukie from Tokyo. How are you today?

Today I would like to share some note pages and an unique hanging box with very small mini year-book in it.

                                                             ***

So let's start with autumn note pages with Cozytime. It's rather odd to inform you first, but the photos are not from this year. That is why kids are playing together without masks!!

Pages are full of autumn colors, orange, beige, dark green, gray and brown.I have captured the coloring equipment in the picture. You might feel they are many, but I only did some very simple techniques, such as stencil, tracing, spattering, and I also just simply sprayed all over the page...Cut out threes from the 12 inches and Travel note pages, the camera, title also from TN pages.

You can see some words are from the famous Studio forty transparent stickers. They are absolute magic. You don't need to think how you write it. Just pick the phrase, and stick them anywhere you like.

On these pages, I used Studio Forty's beautiful hexagon stamps, They come in two different sizes and they did great job.

Hexagon stamps →Just Perfect Stamp set (Hexagon)

I added some very simple patterns by my handwriting. Such as tiny little circles, stars, dots, etc. You may also notice photos are decorated with the washi-tape like 'strip stickers'. They are very sweet and does a nice job making the pages colorful and adorable. ( also stable♡)

         Cozytime strip stickers →Strip stickers

The last pages I did most coloring spattering the water color. The quote of the pages is obviously the jam jars. Studio Forty jam jar stamps work great with outdoor photos, too. Memories are preserved in the little jam jars.
JamJar stamps → Homemade stampset (Jar)
To be very honest with you dear blog readers, I have hardly ever made any note pages, before. It was kind of scary to make pages so flat for a scrapbooker. But it worked so easy with lovely stamps and stickers. Simple coloring and journaling was also very fun.

I am going to place this notebook on the back of my lantern. ( if you are not sure of  my last post → Click here )

Now on to my unique work with Nordica collection.

See the little circle boxes? They size approximately φ3.5inches/φ9cm and 1.5inches/4cm high.

Boxes are made and decorated by all the Nordica collections. I made the little roses by cutting papers, and rolled them.

If you see the back side of the boxes, you see the twine going through. This twine works to help tie the ribbons properly, SO that you can hang the boxes on your favorite places, just like fireplaces, Christmas trees, or simply just on a wall or a door.

When you open the boxes, you will find tiny mini-books. They are bound by bellow folding and covered with plastic clear sheets which are sand-paper filed to pretend if they were the real smoky glasses :)

The mini book is actually a year book of 2020. I have adhered photos taken during the year though it was rather a tough year for photographing. Hmm, or maybe in a way, easier to pick the photos of the year. (because you don't have many)

Studio forty's stamps, label stickers and chipboard stickers help the mini year book  look super cute and meaningful! Such a tiny book, but has so much in it.

I have also made some small pockets for the tiny tags and letters and little trick to extend pages by brads, so that you can journal more to make the year book even more personal.

Thank you for being with me till the end. I hope you liked the works. Let's make something for fun to go through the rough time. See you next time!
