Hello everyone! How are you? This is my first post this new year and I would like to start 2024 focusing on little things, such as delicate embellishments. I love to create clusters of embellisments with different materials: I use stamps, stickers, wood charms, diecuts and enamels. Today I am going to focus on stamps and paper. It's Nuria here today sharing with you some delicate embellishments as add-ons on my pages!

I create this two pages on a Vintage Glow Journey Notebook. I stamp on regular white cardstock some snowflakes and the word together and cut them out with scissors. Remember this two super tips before stamping: evenly apply ink to your stamp - not to put your stamp into your ink -. After inking, press the stamp onto your paper of choice and press down firmly. Do not rock the stamp back and forth as can cause uneven printing!

I make a circle and a strip with the beautiful Brrr patterned paper and sew the perimeter on white thread. These will be the bases for each page embellishment. I love stamping on regular paper, but I especially love stamping on special paper. Vellum paper is one of my favourites, I stamp the ponsetia on vellum paper three times.

If you stamp white on vellum you'll get a super elegant finish. Need some extra volume? Try adding white embossing powder to your projects - you'll love it!😍 Can you see the shimmery effect? Embossing ink is perfect for heat embossing because of its slow drying property, though you can use pigment ink as well.

Let's assemble the embellishment cluster and give the final touch with enamels and the first page is ready!

In the second page I want to keep continuity with the first one. So, I make a little cluster playing with layers and the strip of sewn patterned paper, two snowflakes and an enamel.

Finally I add a tag made of patterned paper on white cardstock. I decorate it with an acetate tag, on which I stamp "Happy Christmas" in white pigment ink. I will place the pics in the die-cut circles on this tag!

Happy holidays, friends! We are getting in the holiday spirit with these beautiful handmade paper snow flake ornaments! They were super fun to make and I'm going to share how to make them with you! They would look super cute on gift bags, too...not just the Christmas tree.

First, I grabbed a few patterned papers from the Joyful collection and then I used my Sizzix machine to cut the snowflakes using a metal snow flake die.

I cut six snowflakes from each patterned-18 snowflake die cuts total.

Next, I used a piercing tool to remove the pieces from the snowflakes.

Once all the little pieces were removed from the snowflakes, I used glue to glue the snowflakes together to add dimension. Each ornament has 6 layered snowflakes.

If you prefer to make it thicker, that's fine. You will just need to cut and layer more snow flake die cuts.

After that, I covered the snowflakes front and back with Mod Podge to protect the paper.

Now, the fun part! Adding the ribbon, sentiment and gems to the snowflake to make it shine!

I cut the sentiments from the bottom of the papers! It's a great way to use up your supplies and you don't even need stamps etc...

Aren't these beautiful!? I'm not sure if they are going on the tree or if I'm gifting them yet. :)

cozy time

Hello there, everyone.

How are you doing? Here is Yukie, I would like to share my three projects with Studio Forty today,

1) Paper dolls for present name tags with the latest collection: Joyful,

2) A mini album with autumn collection; Cozy time,

3) A pop-up card with Lunare collection.

Here are the little girls with Joyful collection. The face, arms, legs are from Cozytime:Everyday.

I have sewn some of the parts and joint them together with brads. The clothes and hair styles are the best part of the project. You turn yourself into a fashion designer and hair dresser to create your own doll.

I have added some cheek powder with water soluble crayon, and punched hands holes to let them hold their name tags. You can use it as a Christmas present name tags, or joint them hand in hand to make a Christmas garland. And maybe next year, you can hang them on the Christmas trees, or on your kids' rooms' doors.

Legs and arms are movable. Kids can play with them, maybe making stories? Before going to bed.

This is a mini album with Cozy time collection. Autumn is almost gone, but you will never have enough of Cozy time collection. The collection is so warm and so sweet. You can not miss any piece of them. I have made 4x6.25 inches album tried to make most out of cozy time.

The front page, is my favorite pattern, I name it fish scales pattern:) You can see the collection with one blink. I made the flower with the pattern paper; Good time. I love this pink color. Very beautiful. I am here showing you how to make a flower with a pattern paper. It's not difficult, give a try!

Draw three sizes flowers. Make sure to make glue petal. Cut them and curl the petals with some thin stick.

Glue the flowers together and place the glitter dot and pearl in the center.

Inside the pages: folded page to start with. The photo was taken on the way to a restaurant nearby. So I placed a restaurant card on the page, too. This pattern paper: Happy place maybe is a little tough paper to make a layout with. But I guess it looks very good with the card and the photos. The key for the success is to add a bit of colors on the paper.

I have three small pages with bellow folding. They are cut outs from the pattern papers, and also from the journaling cards set.

The back of the pages I have placed ribbons to hold little cards and booklet with brads. The little booklet works perfect for a small surprise.

The last project is a pop up card. You can use it for any occasions, but maybe not for Christmas. It looks a little complicated, but not so in fact.

I love the Lunare collection. Too bad I had not met Studio Forty that then... The illustrations are so fragile and beautiful. I have cut out pattern paper; Space animals and made them pop!

Cześć! Dzisiaj będzie zimowy album z kolekcją WINTER FUN, która mnie całkowicie "złapała" pięknymi, kolorowymi i radosnymi zimowymi i świątecznymi motywami.

Bardzo podoba mi się to, że z arkuszy papieru oraz z kart PL można wycinać elementy i używać ich jako die cutsów, czyli papierowych dodatków do prac. To świetny patent! Skorzystałam z niego w zimowym albumie ze zdjęciami sprzed kilku lat.

W projekcie wykorzystałam kolekcję WINTER FUN, ale także NORDICA oraz kilka dodatków z ubiegłorocznej kolekcji JOYFUL. Po skończeniu albumu moje biurko wygląda jak zimowa kinder niespodzianka - pełno tutaj rozsypanych małych elementów, ale to cudowny widok!

W albumie wycinałam elementy z każdej wielkości papieru - tak, jak najbardziej pasowały do wielkości kart. Album nie jest zbyt duży, ma ok 13 cm. Zdjęcia uzupełniłam moimi ukochanymi przezroczystymi i kolorowymi naklejkami oraz chipboardami. Baza albumowa pozwala na umieszczenie wielu dodatków, dlatego każdy z nich jeszcze podkleiłam taśmą 3d.
