autumn ephemera
Hello crafty friends! How are you? Last weekend was finally quiet and I was able to dedicate myself to the things I love, like reading with a good cup of coffee and a blanket, or scrapboking ;) How was yours? It's Nuria here and I want to share a layout made with the awesome
Together collection.
Let's get to it! I cut 3 square pieces of
"Think Happy" patterned paper with a die-cut circle in the centre. I used the negative of the die cut. I glued them with some volume on a white cardboard.
Before gluing, I decorated each piece in a different way:
I punched several times the square piece on the right hand, put some thread through them and glued some
chipboard embellishments (a melmalade pot, a heart, a tea bag and the word "Cozy"). On the background, a
paper frame from the fall ephemera set was glued.
Finally, I cut out the phrase
"time to hygge" from a PL card, punched two holes and threaded some thread through them and glued it with volume, centred on the top of the LO. And that's it!
I hope you like this LO and that it will inspire you! Have a lovely week! And don't forget to hygge!;)

autumn ephemera
Hello
Studio Forty friends! How are you? It's Nuria today to share a mini
album with Together
collection.

This
mini album has a fake cover, slightly smaller, on top of the real
one. Did you see it? I used Snowy
day, Think
Happy and Gather
patterned papers for the covers and decorated it with autumn
ephemera
set, few chipboard
stickers, and enamel
dots. I created a frame with stamps
for the title
"Banyoles". A final touch with half ephemera frame and two
ribbons (1 white and 1 yellow) between the different cover layers was
added.

Do
you make videos with your mobile phone? I do. We record them with a
lot of enthusiasm, but we hardly ever see them. Does this happen to
you? It used to happen to me all the time, until I learned to include
the videos in my albums... with a QR code! In this mini, I've
decorated the code with a frame, it gives it an extra touch!

This
mini album collects a fun day kayaking with friends! As most pictures
were taken on panoramic mode, I decided to orientate the mini album
horizontally to not to cut the beautiful sightseeing.

I
stuck transparent
stickers on the photo and
decorated the page with patterned
paper to create a
small card, with best
wishes inside, decorated with this amazing hedgehog
and circles cut out of jounaling
cards.
The
inner structure is like an accordion in order to keep the mini album
dynamic and fun. It is created with white cardboard and decorated
with the same combo of patterned papers as in the covers. On some
pages I added fold-outs to create pages 3 in 1.
I
love the spread of the page with tiny envelops! I hide a mini tag
with a message
inside one of them and
decorated the envelops with chipboard
stickers.

And
that's all for now! Hope you’ve got inspired with this mini album
and thanks for stopping by!
3D dots
Hello! Nuria here, how are crafty friends doing? Today
it’s time for cards! In this post I show you four
different ways of using stamps. Are you
ready? Let’s go!

“Simple
& sweet life” card: I stamped a white card with clear
stamp “simple
& sweet” and frame it
with layers of Together
collection patterned
paper on top and underneath.
Then
I used an herbal
stamp on a white card to create
a pattern to follow when
embroidering. I love to do that! It is
a different way of using stamps and gives you a bunch of
possibilities! Finally, I stamped a frame with the word “Life”
and decorated it with
some white herbal dies, a wooden ring wrapped with light brown yarn
and a 3D
dot.

“Good
life together” card: I created a repeated
pattern with the words “Good”
and “Life” stamps on
a white card.

Then
I cut a beautiful journaling
card
with an ampersand and
added
some
white tulle and yarn underneath to create some volume. Finally I
added a 3D
dot as
decoration.

“Love
this” card: In this card I created an embellishment with stamps. I
choose the beautiful jar
and “Love
this” stamps.
I filled the jar with some herbal dies and
herbal
stamps. I stuck
the embellishment on the Snowy
day patterned paper and create an extra layer with a white
card underneath. I decorated with a pumpkin and a tag from the autumn
ephemera set, some light brown yarn and a 3D
dot.

And
that's all for now, friends! Hope you’ve enyoyed and got some inspiration with
the different ways of using stamps: frame a stamp, create a
pattern to embroider, create a patterned background, or creating an
embellishment!

Thanks
for stopping by and have a creative week!
Nuria
