Jesienne LO || Magda papierowy.cekin

12x12 scrapbook layout

 Witajcie

Dokumentowanie swoich podróży z kolekcją HERE&THERE to sama przyjemność.

Pozdrawiam.

9x12 layout

 Hello my dears.

Today I am able to show you my latest project here on the blog that I worked with the fantastically beautiful LUNARE collection.

Before there will be the latest collections very soon, I decided on LUNARE, the papers have such great soft and earthy tones and the collection is so versatile and not tied to any season.

I used it to create a 9x11 inch layout. For this I mainly used two papers from the series. The pink dotted paper is the background. From the patterned paper with the arrows or if there are corners, I cut out two and glued them on. Then I embroidered the edges with white thread by hand. I really like the effect.

I cut out the floral elements from a third piece of paper and glued them on with foam dots.

The photo is backed with patterned paper and the title I punched out of another paper with an alphabet Die.

So hope I was able to give you a little inspiration and wish you a nice weekend.

Stay healthy and see you soon. Sonja

Hello.

Today you will get some inspriations from me, I am Sonja and one of the three new members of the Creative Team. I am so happy to show you my first offical project for the Studio Forty Creative Team.

Today I want to talk with you about your memory keeping. Do you still create a Project Life album, do keep your memories chronological?
I started memorykeeping in 2013 and since then I try to finish every year my Project Life album which includes also all layouts and therefore every year I finish with 3 or 4 albums.
But last year I decided to change my progress a little bit and started memory keeping in my happy planner on a weekly basis and tell the BIG stories on a monthly basis in my album and include of course a lot of layouts.

My albums for 2018 and 2019 are still not finished and so I created a double page layout with the beautiful new collection SO ROMANTIC.

On the left side I used a pattern paper from the collection to create something like a pocket page style.

For the second page I used white cardstock for the background and for the title I took one of the journal cards.

Do you like hand embroidery or do you prefer to use the sewing machine? I have a sewing machine, but I hardly use it. That's why I often use a needle and thread to embroider on paper.

Since I like to work with adhesive dots on my projects, I also stick the stickers on white solid cardstock and then cut them out by hand. So it gets more stability.

As embellishments, I cut out additional elements from the papers and the adhesive dots give the layout more structure and dimension.
I mostly write the text on my typewriter because I don't like my handwriting on layouts.

Have a great weekend and stay healthy.
Sonja

Use all! LO`s & card / Irina Honcharik

9x12 layout
Hello, scrapfriends! Irina is here.

The summer goes on and I want to do just summer and bright work!
I have done three projects. The materials for them are leftovers from previous projects. I find paper scraps is a great idea! And they always get creative work.

The first project is a postcard. There are many green patterns in the collections. I love them.

I cut leaves from a green cardstock. In small sets of paper we have a beautiful cards. I took one of them and put it on a postcard.

Stamping perfectly complements the composition.

Next!
Two easy scrap layouts!

I cut grass from a small sheet of green paper (it was a Hello World collection)

and of course my favorite stamps.
For the second page I cut flowers from the collection Daydream.

Be creative!

9x12 layout

Hello Studio Forty Friends,

Nikki here :) Today I will show you a sweet and fast scrapbook layout I´ve made with various papers from Studio Forty. Have fun!

For this layout I choose a white background so the pattern paper can pop out. The background is create out of different hexagons which I punched out of various pattern paper. You can choose the designs and colors you like ;)

I stuck the hexagons in different arrangements and made sure that there was no similar paper next to each other. For some dimension, I have punched out white hexagons and stamped with spells. Little tip:

First stamping and then punching. Then you can be sure that the stamped is in the right place.

Finally, I have chosen a great title, so that the focus is directed to the image. A few enamel butterflies and splashes of color complete the layout.

I hope you had fun and are inspired. Don´t forget to show us your creations with products from Studio Forty :)

See you soon
XO Nikki

9x12 layout Hello Girls,

it's me again, Stephanie.

And today i want to show you a new layout i made with the wonderful "Beautiful Life"-Collection.

Some times ago i bought a hearted cutfile - and i love it.
And now it was time to use it for the picture i took when my mother was on a visit last year.

First of all i cut it on white paper in regular size.
Then i made an inner offset of the file and cut smaller, colored hearts.
And in the next step i made even smaller hearts out of BEAUTIFUL LIFE - oh my lemon / swimming pool - scrapbook paper and BEAUTIFUL LIFE - rush hour / lillipop - scrapbook paper..

All together - about....one million hearts ;-)

So easy - but i love the effect.

What do you think?

xoxo, Stephanie

Floral Layout Inspiration | Kathleen Graumüller

9x12 layout

Hey there, it’s Kathleen here again and I’m excited to share my second project as a guest on the Studio Forty blog with you! I worked with the beautiful Daydream collection again but this time I decided to create a layout with it.

By the way, in case you missed it, hop on over here to see the mini album I made with the Daydream collection.

This layout is actually a very simple one that doesn’t take a lot of time to put together. The only thing that does take a little bit of time is fussy cutting all of the flowers and leaves from the "In the Garden“ and “Foliage“ papers.
I matted my photo on the “Sunshine" paper and used the other side (“Just Painted“) on the lower half of my layout. The colors of the two papers matched those in my photo perfectly and I like how they both look as if they had been watercolored by hand.

If you have a look at the placement of the floral clusters, you will see that I arranged them to form a visual triangle. This helps to focus the viewer’s attention and draw their eyes towards the photo that is placed inside this visual triangle.
This certainly isn’t a rule that you have to follow on all of your pages, but it definitely helps when creating a layout.

Below the lower floral cluster I also added my handwritten journaling, as well as another one of the phrase stickers. Although I’m not the biggest fan of my handwriting, I try to urge myself to add more of it on my layouts. It adds such a personal touch to a page, don’t you think?
For a few more details and embellishments I also used the “You got this“ stamp set and the Daydream transparent stickers. I like the pops of black between the soft colors!

Well, that’s it from me for today. I hope you enjoyed my two projects with the Studio Forty “Daydream“ collection! Thanks a lot for stopping by and also a big thank you to Monika for inviting me! :)
