Hi guys! How are you? I am María and today I come to show you my first project as DT of Studio Forty. I am very happy to be on this team!
My first project is an album made with the new Vintage Glow collection. As soon as I saw the collection, I thought to make a mini album to document some photos of my wedding. I was married last year and I haven't made any album yet.

I think the colors are perfects with the colors I chose for my wedding: light pink, green, brown, beige... It is a super soft and elegant collection.

The measures of the album are 12cm x 15cm (I already told you it was mini hahaha). I have made a U-shaped binding with three booklets glued one on top of the other. In total it has 6 pages, and although I have not made pockets because I did not want to saturate it with many photos, I have put 16 photos. It was a hard work choosing which ones I wanted to put!

I have used all the types of decorations that the collection brings, they are all so pretty! Enamels, shape stickers, phrase stickers, color stickers, diecuts, stamps... There are a lot of elements to decorate!

I really liked the stamps to create a kind of base on which to put the rest of the decorations. Another thing I loved are the definition stickers. But my fovorites are roses die-cuts. 

I really like using thread in my albums to decorate. I think it gives it a special touch, right?

I really liked the transparent stickers with definitions. It gives the photograph a different meaning because it helps you to describe the feeling.

I really like the result of the album, I think the photos and the collection make a great tandem! Don't you think?

Hi everyone! Kerstin here today with a new layout inspiration for you! Scrapping for me is - keeping memories but also being creative with paper. I place my materials out with which I want to work. For me, this is also always mood-dependent what I want to use. Or... I have an idea that I absolutely want to do. For this layout I wanted color! But see for yourself!

I cut out a circle with the 8 1/2 inch diameter. In the center I punched out a 1 1/2 inch circle. But since I didn't want a closed circle or to fold the paper, I cut out a strip about 2 inches wide. I folded the circle like an accordion. I did the spacing how I meant. 

I glued the circle on by putting liquid glue on the edges laying on the paper. I chose phrases from the Phrases Stickers Set, glued them to thin copy paper and cut them out. I attached the phrases with 3D Foam. 

I love to play around with different embellishments. Here I have decorated to my photo -  that I cut as a tag - Everyday Story Paper Die Cuts, Story Details Chipboard Stickers, Lazy Days Chipboard Stickers, Essentials Phrases Transparent Stickers, Essentials Cameras Sticker Set and of course Dots 3D Stickers (Lazy Days and Essentials). The leaves stamped in black - Stamp Set Happiness #164 - complete my layout wonderfully!

The phrases I chose fit my photo perfectly. I glued on a few sequins to complete the look.
