Destructured Mini album | Piruletasdepapel

alphas stickers
Hello Studio Forty friends! How are you? It's Nuria here today sharing with you a new inspiration using the amazing Essentials Summer collection. Today we are going to create a destructured and funny minialbum. Let's get started!

The mini album is 9,5 x17,5 cm. It is inspired in triptics, so it is folded forming 3 parts. I used the beautiful vichy patterned paper for the cover. I cut a triangle part in the front cover to give more dynamism and options for decoration. An eyelet with white thread wrap the minialbum, some wooden charms at the end of the white thread make my day! ;) The central element is a die cut with the sentence "Here's the story" stamped on it. There are 3 repetitive clusters of embellishments with blue and yellow stamped leaves, die cut leaves and some enamels. There is also a tab in the diagonal part of the cover.

Once the mini album is opened, you can see a central part with the pages, that actually are forming part of the spine, and two lateral parts. Either lateral part has a mini pocket made with PL cards and embellished with a pink heart and 'making memories' transparent sticker

The central part (spine) contains 4 pages in different sizes to create a cascade effect. I love how the embellishments pop up between the pages. I used the yellow alphas to form the word 'Summer' for the first page.

You can use die cuts, enamels and transparent stickers from the collection to decorate the pages. This time I adhere the stickers directly on patterned paper (and not on a white cardstock).

You can also stick transparent stickers on the pic, you can make the perfect combo (pic-sticker)! In the mini album, the 'churros' were 'delicious'.

You can use PL cards to embellish your pages or cut out the element you want from the PL card (i.e., 'enjoy') and use it as a die cut.

The last page is decorated with PL cards in the laterals and a vertical pocket was created on the base.
One final pic in which you can see the back cover and its embellishments: a colour sticker and an enamel shape

That's all for today! Hope you enjoyed today's post and don't forget to visit Studio Forty shop website, you will get 10% off with the code nuria10!

EXPLOSION BOX MINI-ALBUM | NenaScrap

clear stamps
Hi friends, NenaScrap with you today.

I'm sharing with you a funny mini-album I made with Don't Grow Up collection and the We R Memory Keepers Explosion Box Board.

You can find video tutorials on You Tube to make one without the board.

The technique is to make a box and its lid and when you remove the lid...tadaaaam !!!

The inside of the box contains a mini-album composed of 2 other smaller boxes glued one inside the other.

We discover many flaps to be lifted and which hide photos, pockets or decorated pages.

I fussy cut some Don't Grow Up project-life cards to make embellishments like these little fox or lion.

I used Let's Party stamps on several pages.

Stickers and chipboards give texture and volume to the mini-album.

I created some embellishments with the Carpe Diem paper : I love these cute animals.

You can find a video tutorial in my You Tube channel.

I hope you'll like this project. It's really fun to make and very simple. It' s also a good idea to make a present to family or friends.

See you soon with new creations. Stay safe.

Pop-Up pictures

cardmaking

Hello, today I show you my new project, not a card, not a mini -album but a pop-up project very funny.I made it with my favorite collection ever : "don't grow up"On the coverI used a die and all my favorites papers. Love mixing all those beautiful colors!

On the inside, I added 2 pictures of my baby boy ( he is thirteen today...)

You can find this pretty rabbit on one of the 30*30 paper of the collection.

Colors stickers and pocket cards are also great to add some funny details

And because it's always better with a little vidéo :

Hope you'll like the project! Have fun with this new and so cute collection.

Best regards from France

Cześć! Czas na mój projekt z kolekcji dzieciÄ™cej, która zaskakuje
zgaszonymi kolorami, odcieniami żółtego i pomarańczu,
jakie nadajÄ… klimatu retro -  bardzo mi siÄ™ podoba!

Z kolekcji DON'T GROW UP zrobiłam prosty harmonijkowy album oraz kartkę
dla chłopca. Skorzystałam tu z wielu motywów, jakie powtarzają się na stemplach,
papierach, kartach PL, naklejkach i ozdobach.

Mini album with Don't Grow Up | Isa

album

 Hello everyone!!

How are you all? I hope you are fine! On today's post I want to show you a new mini album I've made with one of the newest collections of Studio Forty, the baby collection Don't Grow Up. I have to say that I am in love with this collection because I think it is quite versatile. You can use it for baby projects but I think that it is also very useful for any other type of projects, such as spring projects as some papers contain very beautiful flowers.

What I have done to make this mini album is to use some cut files that I had on the library of my Silhouette Cameo. I had a mini album which cover was a baby bottle and then some pages. I cut all the files and then I added extra pages so I could add more pictures when filling the album.

I added pages in the shape of a square so after the baby bottle of the cover I could have an unequal shape of pages which I think it gives more happiness to the project. Another thing that was very useful to add extra pages is to add project life cards, and sometimes we can add them for decoration so we can add some space among the pages of the mini album and the pictures are not all together page after page.

To decorate the pages I have used the stickers, clear stickers and chipboards of the collection Don't Grow Up. They are the perfect elements to decorate these pages. I also cut some details from the papers of the collection and from the Project Life cards of the same collection.

If you do not want to add more pages to the mini album, another interesting trick is to add a waterfall inside so more pictures can be stored there.

Finally, in the cover, I added decorations to the rings that bind the pages all together, and I think the effect is wonderful!!

I hope you liked the album and that it helped you to get ideas for mini albums!! Take care! Lots of love,

Isa
