Hello everyone, December has arrived and the Christmas spirit is in the air.

Today I wanted to create a layout using the Holly Jolly kit collection , which is full of Christmassy elements, and I chose a souvenir photo from the mini trip I took to Paris exactly one year ago.

I arranged the trees, decorating them with various elements from the kit, such as stars, baubles, Santa Claus, and twigs.

The snowflakes are transparent stickers, and the "Snowflakes" lettering is made of wood and colored with red distress oxide.

Hi, today I created a Christmas-themed layout. The magic of Christmas is starting to fill the air. Have you started decorating your homes? I can't wait...

I used part of the Holly Jolly kit found on the website, along with some wonderful surprise boxes.

In my layout, I included a photo taken in the snow, depicting the glass vials where you can stay.

The poinsettias are used both as stencils in the background and cut out from elements from the collection.

12x12 layout

Hej, hej! Dacie wiarę, że już połowa listopada? To mój najmniej ulubiony miesiąc w roku więc w trybie trzetrwania wyczekuję już rozświetlonego grudnia. Zaczynam też już tworzyć świąteczne i zimowe projekty powoli wczuwając się w nastrój świąt. Świetnym pomocnikiem jest najnowszy kit HOLLY JOLLY i zawarte w nim arkusze z elementami do wycinania. Od niedawna możecie je też w sklepie kupić na sztuki!

Ponieważ lubię tworzyć layouty o wymiarach 12x12 a w kicie znajdziecie papiery 6x8, sięgnęłam po starsze kolekcje od S40. Moją uwagę przykuła kolekcja JOYFUL w której klasyczne kolory przenikają się z nowoczesnymi i świeżymi wzorami.

Czy Wy też zaczęliście już świąteczne tworzenie? Jakie są Wasze ulubione formy?

Na dzisiaj to już wszystko. W listopadzie spotkamy się jeszcze raz, pod koniec miesiąca. Do zobaczenia!

Hello dear S40 friends, Mirka here :)

I have inspiration for a Christmas memory layout for you. Maybe it will come in handy right before Christmas? I used various winter kits (Joyful, Frosty season) on it and also my favorite Vintage glow kit.

Snow belongs to Christmas, but if there is no snow outside, I will at least add it to the paper.
Today I added snow in the form of two large snowflakes. I stitched these on paper. And what inspired me to do it? This great paper with snowflakes. I cut out two snowflakes from the paper. Then I punched through the embroidery points with the needle and transferred them to the base paper as well. This one is from the Frosty Season collection and it's this watercolor green.

I stitched the flakes with white cotton. For me, stitching is great fun and relaxing while watching my favorite movie. Try it too, it's so relaxing after a stressful day ;)

When the flakes were ready, I placed a photo backed with travelers notebook paper between them. Then I cut out gifts and various accessories from patterned paper and added them to the page.

I really like these ice-skate. I don't know if it's appropriate for Christmas, but I wanted it there so badly. And I also found a great place for a cotton wheel from the Vintage glow collection.

I also wanted to add a few Christmas phrases from this stamp set. I added them to the page using hot embossing. They are white and very unobtrusive, but they add to the atmosphere.

Finally, I added tiny transparent stickers and enamel dots, and yes, some watercolor spangles and sequins too.
