Mini Layout | Dhaarani Mathivaanan

daily diary scrapbooking
Hello Lovelies,
Good morning!! I am very excited to share the mini layouts created using the Essentials collection. This collection is absolutely perfect for scrapbooking everyday memories.

I have used the sticker collection, enamel dots, pattern papers, and ephemera from the essentials collection on this notebook page. I started by backing the page with pattern paper - yellow stripped and green are my favorite papers from this paper pad. On the first side, I have used the torn sheets to add more layers to the layout.

Chipboard add-ons and enamel dots added more beauty to the layout. created 4 sections on one side of the layout and on two added the images and on another 2 documented with the wording about memorable days. Front page I have used green pattern paper and backed with plain paper so that I can add the wordings.

To add a layer to this page,  I have added banner Ephemera and included enamel dots along with floral stickers. Also, the stamp impression gave a special look to the layout. Bordered it with a frame sticker.

Finished the layout with the happy enamel sticker.

Do check out the essentials collection if you haven’t yet and add fun to your scrapping time❤️ Thank you for stopping by...

Spring Planner Pages | Monika Pestrová

everyday story collection

Hello everyone! Last week everyone thought the spring is here. Well ... this week it's all gone again. And this windy and chilly days are perfect for crafting. There are some blank pages in my 2021 planner so I decided to fill them in. And here comes one of april weeks in my 2021 planner.

The EVERYDAY STORY collection is perfect for spring. All the pastel colors and designs. So I used the notebook edition papers as the designs are smaller and perfect for my planners. Beside the papers I  decorated some of the "windows" with LOVE THIS TIME stamps and HERBAL STORIES stamps. So here are some details.

Have a great day and enjoy spring time!

Birthday Planner Page | Monika Pestrová

big happy planner
Hello everyone! Today I'm back with my Happy Planner pages. This is a layout from last September. And funny thing - we had two birthdays that week. So there's no better collection to use than LET'S PARTY. This collection is exactly the one you should have on hand whenever you wish to make cheerful and colourful project. And not only for birthdays and parties.

There are actualy four experience in my week. First there was a kids party as one of my son's friend celebrated birthday. The party took place outside so boys went wild and it was fun. I tried to keep my pages flat, but I just couldn't help myself to add some dimension to the project. Second we visited Prague Eye (like London Eye) as there was this amazing and sunny day.

During the weekend we went for a cycling trip. And despite it was September, both my men went swimming to the river. And it seemed freezing to me. And the greatest event of the week was my nephew's third birthday. So as you see - week full of parties.

As for the dimension. I try not to use many 3D embelishments, but even my Planner is a week to week project and it's more for me than for others, I just love to play with embelishments. I also used stitching here. But at the same time not too much. Have a great day!

beautiful life

Hello everyone! It’s been nearly a week since we have returned from our two weeks holiday. We did not go anywhere abroad - we spent our summer holiday in the Czech Republic (well apart from a few hours spent on the road in the Austria).

First week of our holiday we went to eastern Bohemia to visit our relatives and spend a few days with them. And as the wearher was extremely hot we either went to the public swimming pool or rode by bikes to the lake. And as our days were all rather the same I decidet not to make a separateTraveler’s Journal for this week, but I made two layouts in my Happy Planner.

For my layouts I used the BEAUTIFUL LIFE collection from last year which was perfect for those summer pages. Most of my photos are from the swimming pool and from the lakeside. Our sun loves water and swimming so he was in heaven.

I chose photos I wanted to have on my pages and then I positioned them as desired. To “frame” the photos I stitched lines between them with blue embroidery thread. It was a loooooong work but I did it while watching my favorite series on Netflix. As a title I wrote "OUR SUMMER VACATION" (in czech of course) and added a girland made from BOM DIA summer stamps and a piece of thread.

And this is my second page. It's more or less pretty the same thing, so nothing special. I only chose a different paper as a background. Finaly I added some embelishments - stamps, paper die-cuts and roller stamp. I didn’t write any journaling. I only wrote a few words on my typewriter and sticked it to the photos. So this time - more photos, less writing.

So that’s my newest spread in my Happy Planner. Have a great day!

Bom Dia
Hello everyone! How are you today? It's been a few weeks since kids here in the Czech Republic went to school again ... But not for a long time, because summer holiday has started a couple days ago (ups!) ... And before I go on our first holiday this year I want to share with you one of my newest Planner pages I made using different bits and pieces from the BOM DIA collection and from the Documenter Kit. You know that’s one of the things I love about the Planner. You can easily use little scraps and stripes.

There was only a few photos this week so I used Project Life card and a 3”x4” photo to cover not only one but two columns on the week spread - each one on one of the pages. That gives you more space for additional embelishing or whatever you decide to use.

Sometimes I struggle wheather to use dimensional embellishment in my planner - such as chipboards or enamel dots. Because the more you use of these the bigger your Planner gets. But this time I decided to use them. I stamped a sentiment “HELLO TODAY” on the striped paper and added two little enamel dots. TIP: With this beautiful and colorful striped paper you can write your journaling between the stripes too.

I love Project Life cards with some picture or phrase placed straight in the middle of the card. One can easily cut out the middle part which can be used for the Planner too (like here the amphersand and the ice cream).

TIP: Use triangle paper shapes that fit into one of the daily spread boxes and use black or coloured ink to stamp repeated pattern in the rest of the box. You can use more paper leftovers this way.

So that’s my Planner Spread for today’s post. As I’m going on a holiday next week I might prepare some TN for the next time for you. Have a great summer.

Memory Planning / Sonja

Happy Planner
Dear all,
I (Sonja) am happy to be back with my latest project on the ST40 Blog today.
How do you use your Memory Planner?
Since last year I changed my monthly Project Life and did my album only on a monthyl basis. For the weekly memories I used my Memory Planner and it was so easy to fill it up week by week.

You only have to print the pictutres once a week and the formaty makes it easy to complete a full week within half an hour.
And I still do this project this year and I am very happy that I am Up to date.

For my last week I used some stamps from the current collection BOM DIA. Which is perfect for the summer time and the memory keeping for the summer days even you do not travel this year.

First I used the small stamp set AZULEJOS. I decided to use different stamp pads and I wonder how good the match with the colours from the collection.

The clear stamps from the stamp sets JOURNEY and SUNKISSED I used instead embellishemnts. I love to use black ink on white paper. Black is my favorite calour.

On the left side of my Classic Planner I used green and blue colours. You will also find in the collection some washi stripes which are so easy to use.

On the right page I only used yellow and red.

I hope you like my inspiration and give a try on the Memory Planning. Have I good time and stay health. Sonja
