Keeping Cozy layout and Happy Little Town card | Thai N.
Hello dear friends,
Today I'm sharing with you my new layout using the Just Chillin' collection.
One of my favorite papers from this winter collection is this "bokeh" grey background, so I decided to use it on my layout. I wanted something really soft and neutral so I thought of building my layout around this big black & white picture from my daughter by using only black, white, grey and a touch of beige.
I used the SNUGGLE stamps set, which has this beautiful tree background in a square but also this fun hexagonal shape that I stamped multiple times and cut out before adding them to my layout with some foam tape for a 3D effect.
I also stamped and cut out the little fox and the gloves. I used also the PL cards that match my color combo.
For the finishing touch, I chose to add some black ink splatters and a few transparent stickers.
My second project is a fun little card, using the pop-up technique.
To make this, you will need to cut your card (perpendicular to the folded line) to create 2 flaps.
Then decorate your landscape background first. I used small paper left-overs for the clouds and I stamped the trees and stars.
Then I stamped and cut out the little houses and glued them to the flaps.
For a fun touch, I draw myself the curved roads.
And finally, I stamped the "magic Christmas" sentiment.
