December Stories

Hey friends! How are you?

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! I know it's still November but I am excited to think about how to deck my home, how to prepare my Christmas table, how to create the advent calendars for my kids and at last but not the least I want to finish my 2019 December Daily!

I want to tell all my Last December stories to be able to tell the stories of the upcoming December 2020, it will be a special month in a special year and for this reason, whatever will happen I want to preserva my memories and be ready to tell my stories.

I don't know if you have the same feeling of mine but when I have an album complete I feel extremely happy and satisfied and I could take a look through the album thousand times!

Today I am happy to share with you two spreads about my DD2019! I have mixed up two amazing and so delicate and so elegant and dreamy collections that are Nordica and Winter Fun .

I love to have a mix of coordinated embellishments, stamps and papers in this way you can easily think how to put all together.

For the first spread I have thought to a door to open, inside it a big picture and a journaling spot! I just add simple and meaningful details with stamps or embellishments. On the left two 3x4 pockets, journaling with little details and a photo. Each piece of my stories has a detail that catches eyes and give the right attention to the picture and the story behind it. This is one of the reasons why I deeply love storytelling!

I have used the amazing stamps from Nordica to create a way to open my paper window. Embossed label wow! It's so beautiful to see! Just added some buttons and a tulle bow, love the delicate effect.

The second spread instead has a word... a typical Christmas word, FA LA LA that I created using some alphabet dies and placed using some 3d double side tape to give dynamism and dimension.

And in the end a page from the amazing Winter Fun Paper pad creating a pocket where to store my photos and stories. Love it to pieces!

What do you think? I hope to have inspired you to start documentino your December memories!

Can't wait to see your creations!

Have a wonderful weekend

Love, Lory
