Falalala | Agnus Kasprzak
"With the Christmas celebrations over, I was able to enjoy a little craft time and couldn't wait to play with some of the gorgeous new goodies I received from StudioForty.
I paired up some of their fun stamps, stickers and die-cuts to create a layout with one of my favourite festive pics.
I love a versatile stamp set and even though the 'Exploring' stamps are not necessarily Christmas themed, I was able to use the gorgeous branch designs to create a cute tree for my festive layout by stamping the branches in a simple triangular shape.
To vary the size of the branches, I only applied ink to a portion of the stamp at a time - adding more ink and more of the design as I went down the tree. Once I had the basic shape stamped, I built up the layers to create a fuller tree then cut out the design and added a layer of pretty gold foiled vellum over the top. I like the way the vellum softens the stamping and hides some of the imperfections while also creating the look of twinkling lights on the tree.
I added a few cute designs from the 'Winter is Coming' Die-cut Elements, and used the 'Winter is Coming' Candy Cane Alphabet Stickers to create my title.

Hi everyone. My name’s Magda and the ‘Paper Room’ is my place in the network (papierowy-pokoj.blogspot.com). Mediowy notes Anai
Hej hej :) Witajcie po świętach :)
Grudzień to czas wyjątkowy i sporo okazji do obdarowywania bliskich prezentami.
Wykorzystałam tu dwa zestawy stempli --> "Monograce Frames" z owalną ozdobną ramką, którą pokolorowałam za pomocą połyskujących farbek, i --> "Words in circles", z którego wybrałam dwa napisy odbiłam na sztywniejszym różowym papierze, a następnie pokryłam przezroczystym UTEE, aby je dodatkowo usztywnić i nadać im głębi i błysku.

Coffee cards with Valeria
Hello
everyone,
it´s
Valeria from nillacrafts.blogpost.com again.
Today we
are going to play with coffee patterns from stamp set called "Wowcoffee"
Ok let´s
start with first two cards. They are pretty similar but I used different method
to color them
In fact,
it´s pretty easy :) just stamp the coffee cups in a row :)
and then color
them in rainbow order with Copic markers
I have
embellished the centers with Spectrum Noir Sparkle Clear Overlay Pen and used
Glossy Accents by Ranger
I used the
same design for the second card as well but I used the water color paper and
colored them with Clear Color Real Brush markers
Little cups
are a little bit sparkly because I used a little bit of sparkle pen again
This time
the rainbow colors are used in non-rainbow order :)
We learned
masking technique in my second post for Studio 40 design and if you missed that
you can read it HERE. You will find there step by step tutorial
So stamp
the bubble and cut it out from the post it paper
Mark a
pencil lines each 2 cm horizontal as well as vertical
And then
stamp little cup in each little cube
You can use
as many or as little colors to color these cuties
Again I
used some of my Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens but it´s hard to catch the sparkle
on the photo
And now the
last card
My last
card is again created in coffee topic
Start again
with stamping the speech bubble and protect it with the mask.
As you can
see I didn´t use the white cardstock but went with the coffee topic so I used
the cream. Choose different brown inks
and stamps from the stamp set. And then just stamp your pattern.
I wanted to
create some kind of dimension on one layer card so decided to use distress ink
around my speech bubble. I used the Walnut stain but Ground espresso would be even
better choice :)
Use ink-blending
to apply ink the color on the cardstock. If you wish you could use the ink
around the edges too
And here is
the final result
Here are
some more close-ups
This is my
last post as guest designer here at Studio 40 Design
It´s been a
great pleasure and I hope you liked my cards
Wish you
very merry Christmas time with your beloved family and friends
Valeria
